ANTHONY FLANDERS
Drafting
Anthony arrived at ACI 19 years ago with no experience in the metal building industry. In the years since he was initially trained as a drafter, he has worked as an estimator and project manager before returning to the drafting room with a broad understanding of the business.
Looking back on his two decades at the company, Anthony emphasizes the people are the strength of ACI. From co-workers to mentors to leadership, he sites character as the prevailing thread that runs through the company.
Anthony knows about character, learning from his father and passing along to his five-year old son, the importance character plays in one’s life. Anthony’s show in his community, his church and his family, where along with fishing and hanging out with his son, he spends his free time.
