Located in Enterprise, AL, Mitchell Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram is a 27,373-square-foot automotive dealership that brings multiple vehicle brands, showrooms, and service operations together in one facility. The building features expansive glass storefronts, prominent showroom entrances, and covered service areas, combining a modern architectural design with the practical requirements of a busy automotive dealership.

Working with Enco Construction Co., we engineered and supplied eight interconnected metal building sections, incorporating a combination of modular and clear-span framing to accommodate the dealership’s varied layout. The building system features multiple roof elevations, open covered areas, and structural connections designed to integrate with the exterior architectural walls and parapets. Our scope included 24-gauge StratoShield standing seam roofing in Galvalume, 26-gauge PBR wall panels, and 24-gauge SWP interior liner panels.

The project required specialized framing to support both customer-facing spaces and daily service operations. Large overhead-door openings, including 14′ × 14′ openings, provide convenient vehicle access, while roof curbs and support framing accommodate eight rooftop HVAC units along with additional ventilation and exhaust systems. The interconnected building sections also required careful coordination of roof transitions and structural connections to support the dealership’s architectural design.

With its combination of open showrooms, service bays, and covered vehicle areas, the completed facility demonstrates the flexibility of our metal building systems in accommodating complex commercial layouts while meeting the functional demands of a modern automotive dealership.
