Our ‘People of ACI’ series proudly highlights the remarkable individuals whose commitment and passion help shape our workplace culture. Today, we’re excited to feature Lori Williams, a cornerstone of our Engineering team for over 26 years, whose contributions have deeply influenced the way we operate.
In her 26 years at ACI, Lori Williams has made countless lifelong friends. It’s the extended family times a hundred culture that she loves most about the company. Williams is the Engineering Administrative Assistant, including Scheduler for the department, and now she handles “warranties” for ACI and its customers. Early challenges came as she put in place a series of processes and best practices, but what was once a paper trail extraordinaire, became a seamless efficient system upon the company’s digital transition. And although that digital shift was momentous, she still references her work on the ACI Christmas Parade Float with co-workers among her favorite times.
Williams loves spending time with her three sons and five grandchildren, working with her flowers and harvesting her own vegetables, and being on the water boating or fishing. A football fanatic, her heart soars with the Ole Miss Rebels every Saturday in the fall.
Lori’s blend of professional diligence and personal passion exemplifies the ACI spirit. Her ability to transform challenges into opportunities not only enhances our operations but also enriches our community. We value her ongoing dedication and are proud to have Lori as a vital member of our team, continuously driving us toward excellence.
