It’s a long way from the textile industry to steel buildings, but manufacturing veteran Norman Bradley made the jump from the Looms to roll formers, joining ACI some 15 years ago.
Instilled with the work ethic learned from his father as a young man, Norman feels comfortable and blessed to be at ACI where he is given the respect and freedom to manage his area on his own terms. He his perhaps most proud of the number of associates he has trained who have become supervisors or advanced to other management positions.
A man of faith, Norman lists church and family as his priorities in life and calls on both for his management style and problem-solving expertise. He has transitioned from fabric to steel, and from ACI’s original owner to the current leadership, all with a positive team attitude. Norman’s take is no one works for him, they work alongside him, which makes it fun to come to work every day.
