New to ACI, it hasn’t taken Austin long to learn that the steel building company in Batesville is a special place. With a background in furniture manufacturing, the learning curve has been fairly steep transitioning to a purchasing position in the steel business.
With a work ethic learned from his grandfather who raised him, Austin has dug in to the systems and processes, learning the ACI way and learning more every day. And helping him all the way have been the people at ACI, where the culture is the initial sign that this isn’t just any job, or any company.
A huge Ole Miss football fan, Austin loves attending games, hanging out at the beach, checking out new restaurants with friends and the occasional impromptu vacation.
Yes, it hasn’t taken long for Austin to have figured it out.
