Develop and cultivate new sales opportunities through face to face prospecting.

Ability to evaluate existing building conditions and offer roofing solutions to architects and specifiers.

Overnight travel is required.

Educating architects and customers on our products and understand their needs through effective communication and presentation.

Consistently produce a high volume of qualified quote opportunities.

High level of initiative to annual achieve goals.

Qualifications:

5+ years of past territory development experience is required

Show solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success

The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment is a must.

Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
