Responsibilities Include:
▪️Pursue new sales opportunities in open and developing markets.
▪️Prepare project take offs and quote request.
▪️Prepare contract documents
▪️Play an active role in closing the sale.
▪️Point of contact for job information (Project Manager)
▪️Develop Plan of Action with Sales/Area Manager for Developing and Servicing Account
Special Project Support for Existing Customers
▪️Area manager remains the primary point of contact.
▪️Assist in sales strategy and product qualification.
▪️Offer value-engineering options.
▪️Prepare take offs and quote requests for designated projects.
▪️Prepare contract documents.
Loyal Customer Support and Retention
▪️Primary point of contact. (house account)
▪️Area/Sales Manager to provide support as needed. (Visits, Project Clarification/Scope of work clarification)
▪️Express quote service. 1-2-day turnaround
▪️Special projects support. (overflow deferred to Area Manager)
▪️Prepare project take offs and quote request.
▪️Prepare contract documents.
▪️Coordinate with Drafting/Detailing/Customer to maintain specified schedule of project.
Technical Training
▪️Assist in contract development.
▪️Assist in Product Clarification/Project specific details
▪️Assist in pricing systems development.
▪️Assist in economic market analysis.
